Who we are

Nick Dowling
Nick Dowling has over twenty five years’ experience in consulting, business management, and training both in the UK and internationally. He is an insightful, commercially aware consultant, facilitator and coach with a track record of successful project delivery. Nick’s focus with clients is on providing practical interventions that helps clients achieve their objectives. He works with leadership teams to define the vision, values culture and strategy required to build a high performing organisation.

Key skills and experience:

  • Supporting organisation culture change, working with Senior Management Teams to define a fit for purpose vision and values through visioning workshops
  • Conducting multi-method diagnosis of organisation culture, particularly through the use of audit questionnaires, focus groups and interviews
  • Designing, delivering and project managing large-scale multi-national leadership and team development programmes, combining neuroscience, psychology and business skills
  • Designing and facilitating team development programmes for teams up to Board level, focusing on creating high performing teams
  • Delivering skills development and career development coaching for senior managers across a wide range of industries

Gary Luffman
Gary Luffman is an Occupational Psychologist with a background in developing talent management solutions to support organisations strategies and goals. He is an experienced consultant, facilitator and assessor who has designed and delivered courses for a wide variety of audiences across the UK and Europe. Gary’s delivery style combines his knowledge of neuroscience and psychology with a business-focused approach. Through research and engagement activities he is able to understand the real needs of an organisation and communicate them in a practical and pragmatic way. This enables him to design programmes that are linked to business results, whilst having a lasting positive impact.

  • Supporting clients in designing ‘fit for purpose’ succession planning/talent management solutions
  • Developing and delivering tailored management development programmes for clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors
  • Designing, delivering and managing assessment and development centres for recruitment and development decisions across Europe

Ernesto Moreno

Ernesto has a proven record of helping organisations to effectively manage change through complex restructures and transformational processes. He is a skilled consultant with solid expertise in Organisational Development, Change Management and Culture Change interventions with more than 10 years of multinational consulting experience, working for a number of organisations across different sectors including public, private and non-profit. Ernesto blends his personal experience, with his academic knowledge, to create a highly creative ‘hands-on’ and ‘action-oriented’ approach to change and people development, that combined with this enthusiastic ‘can-do attitude’, gets people into action and engages stakeholders at all levels.

Peter Storr

Peter is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 30 years of organisational experience. He has led teams, both large and small, in the private and public sectors and has many years’ experience as a management development specialist. His past roles have seen Peter take posts as an external management consultant as wells as strategic internal positions within well know establishments and organisations. He is also the author of The Psychological Manager, which has been short-listed for the Chartered Management Institute/British Library Management Book of the Year award.

  • Enabling managers across a variety of sectors to lead and manage individuals/ teams through training, facilitating and coaching
  • Designing and delivering Leadership Development Programmes
  • Designing and running managerial assessment, development centres and psychometric assessment

  • Providing management training and facilitation in managing change.

Gale Vincent

Gale is passionate about inspiring individuals and teams to unlock and fulfill their potential, to turn their visions into reality, to provide the space for them to develop their impact, presence and authenticity. Gale brings a unique blend of psychology, practical commercial experience gained over 30 years in wide-ranging executive coaching situations, leadership roles in the international public sector, and her experience as a private sector entrepreneur. Her style is insightful, empathetic, flexible and challenging.

  • Working with leaders across a wide range of sectors to help them improve their performance, satisfaction and well-being
  • Designing and delivering activities to help teams be at their best
  • Facilitating senior management teams to clarify their vision for the organisation and create a plan for achieving it
  • Enabling individuals to flourish through one-to-one coaching using a range of psychometric tools as appropriate
  • Supporting organisations to develop and implement effective policies and procedures for a range of HR topics from Performance Management to Diversity and Inclusiveness.

Di Forster

Di brings strong support skills along with a professional and caring attitude to the Client Relations team at TCC. Di is in her element building new relationships and supporting existing clients. She has experience of a wide variety of sectors and organisations and strives to ensure that the highest quality deliverables are achieved. She has a positive attitude complimented by a thorough yet flexible approach to resolving problems. Di worked in Customer Relations and Sales Management before concentrating her skills in CRM, a role she attends to with the utmost professionalism and diligence.

Lyn Elms

Lyn brings warmth and rapport to her role as a first point of contact for new and existing enquiries to the TCC Client Relations team. She enjoys building new relationships and extending existing ones by ensuring people are dealt with professionally and personally. Prior to joining TCC, Lyn has worked for many years supporting leadership and management development consultancies through CRM, Sales and Marketing roles. She has also held account management roles for a variety of blue chip companies.
